Thanks for the concise book! We did it last weekend with our 31-month-old son. He has been using the potty off and on since he was 18 months old, but we never pushed him to make it "official," just gave him plenty of support and encouragement and figured he'd switch when he was ready...On Day 1 he went through 7 pairs of underpants; on day 2 (no timer -- all potty breaks initiated by him or by us as part of another activity like leaving the house for a walk or outside play) it was down to 4, and on day 3 he had only 1 accident! He has had only two accidents in the past four days, both at his mother's morning out program -- in both instances, he told his teacher he needed to go and they went, but they had to wait for the bathroom to be free and he couldn't hold it long enough. I think he's doing fantastic!Thanks again, and best of luck to you!
