After several (failed) attempts at potty training my 31 month old son, I stumbled across your book online. I bought it and started implementing your strategies right away. My son started self-initiating by the end of the first day! I couldn't believe how much easier it was when I had the right tools. I think my initial problem was that I had actually done too much research and my plan wasn't cohesive enough. I love that your program includes all the best parts of several plans.
